1. Rama V Fine Thai Cuisine
If you and your significant other are Asian cuisine enthusiast, then you might want to consider Rama V Fine Thai Cuisine! 2. Tujo
If you prefer modern café setting, then Tujo might be a great choice to celebrate V-Day. This restaurant has amazing ambiance with great lightings, you will surely be able to capture tons of beautiful, Instagram-worthy pictures! They also serve various choices of food depending on your preferences, from Western to Asian, and not to forget their signature from the Grill foods. But bear in mind that their Tomahawk and Porterhouse take 45 minutes to an hour to cook, but they are definitely worth the wait!

3. Tamarind Springs
Located about 15-minutes’ drive from the city centre, Tamarind Springs is situated in a forest right in the middle of the city. Upon arriving, you will be greeted by the romantic and beautiful walkway, surrounded by greens. Tamarind Springs is one of the restaurant in KL that serves authentic Indo-China cuisine. Celebrating V-day here would be perfect because the team there are more than happy to help you set your table up, complete with roses to create a perfect and romantic evening for you and your other half. All you have to do is give them a call. Oh, did we also mention that the food is amazing?

4. Heli Lounge Bar
Located in the heart of the city of Kuala Lumpur, Heli Lounge Bar is actually a fully functional helipad by day and by dusk, it turns into one of the coolest lounge bar in town. The Heli Lounge Bar opens at 6 pm onwards and you will need to arrive early to be seated near the edge for the best view (not for the faint of heart, though!). All you need to do is to get your drinks at the lounge bar to get access to the helipad. If you are planning to propose your significant other, then this might be a great choice, as you will get the view of both iconic buildings in Malaysia; the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers. Imagine you were to kneel down on one knee with a ring in hand, proposing to your girlfriend and the KL Skyline as your backdrop. Perfect!

5. Romantic Picnic
If you’re really broke but still want to spend quality time with your partner, why not plan a romantic picnic in the park? We have several beautiful parks here in KL, such as the Perdana Botanical Garden, Putrajaya Wetlands Park, and Taman Saujana Hijau, just to name a few. You can prepare some sandwiches, scones, or pizza. Go the extra mile and set your picnic mat with nice decorations. Enjoy some quality time together lounging in the park, reminiscing about the good times and dreaming up the future. What’s important is that both of you are enjoying each other’s company!
